Grilled Shrimp Skewers

Ingredients:
1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp
Fumi Japanese 7 Spice Blend Salt Seasoning
1 lemon, cut into wedges
8-10 wooden skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes
Method:
Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
In a large bowl, combine shrimp, olive oil, and Fumi Japanese 7 Spice Blend Salt Seasoning.
Thread 3-4 shrimp onto each skewer.
Grill shrimp skewers for 2-3 minutes per side, or until cooked through and slightly charred.
Serve hot with lemon wedges on the side.
TIPS:
Make sure to soak the wooden skewers in water before using them to prevent burning on the grill.
For extra flavor, marinate the shrimp in the seasoning mixture for 30 minutes before grilling.
