Method:

  • Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

  • In a large bowl, combine shrimp, olive oil, and Fumi Japanese 7 Spice Blend Salt Seasoning.

  • Thread 3-4 shrimp onto each skewer.

  • Grill shrimp skewers for 2-3 minutes per side, or until cooked through and slightly charred.

  • Serve hot with lemon wedges on the side.

TIPS:
