Ingredients:
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 tbsp
Fumi Curry Salt
2 tbsp olive oil
Method:
Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
In a small bowl, mix together Fumi Curry Salt and olive oil.
Brush the chicken breasts with the seasoning mixture.
Grill chicken for 5-6 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
Let chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
TIPS:
For added flavor, marinate the chicken in the seasoning mixture for at least 1 hour before grilling.
Use a meat thermometer to ensure that the chicken is cooked to an internal temperature of 165°F.
