Ingredients:

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

  • 2 tbsp Fumi Curry Salt

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Method:

  • Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

  • In a small bowl, mix together Fumi Curry Salt and olive oil.

  • Brush the chicken breasts with the seasoning mixture.

  • Grill chicken for 5-6 minutes per side, or until cooked through.

  • Let chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.

TIPS:
