Ingredients:

  • 1 tsp matcha powder

  • 2 tbsp hot water

  • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup

  • 1 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)

  • 1/4 tsp Fumi Sakura Salt

Method:

  • Heat the milk in a small saucepan over medium heat until it begins to steam.

  • In a small bowl, whisk together the matcha powder and honey.

  • Pour the matcha mixture into the steaming milk and whisk until well combined.

  • Add Fūmi Sakura Salt Seasoning and stir well.

  • Pour the latte into a mug and enjoy.
